Your responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Manage bookings: create, change, or cancel reservations
- Handle complaints and sensitive cases
- Process tickets and back-office tasks
- Give clear information and helpful solutions
Our expectations:
- You speak Spanish in proficiency (min C1)
- You speak Fluent English (at least B2)
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:
- Starting date: 16.10!
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

Competitive salary and remuneration system(incl. Meal allowance)
- Basic salary: 870€ gross per month
- 2 extra salaries per year
- Fixed project bonus: 80€ gross/month
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
- Transport allowance – 20 €/month
- Signing bonus: €1000! (€250 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)
