    What you will do in this role

    As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist, you will:

    • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
    • Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines.
    • Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS).
    • Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
    • Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations.
    • Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.

    Your qualifications
