CAFE EVENING SERVER & Customer Service Specialist

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 950.00€ – 1,180.00€ per month

    We are looking for a candidate that, will lead the evening service and events setup with exceptional customer service skills proven by achieving customer satisfaction reviews, roughly between Wednesday to Sunday sometimes on your own, with an assistant on weekend evenings and one chef in the kitchen. The role is best suited for those with an eclectic global background as our concept is a global concept reflected in our menu, clientele and team.

    Evening Shifts : from 15:30/16:30 to 23:30/00:30 depending on the day
    Start date: Immediate Paid Trial shifts for Assessment for Placement

    Full Time Start Date: 5th January 2026 on fixed term contract until proof of role

    Take Home Wage Expectation: from €950-1180 + PLUS Tips +Monthly Performance/Revenue Target Bonuses (Customer Service and Ratings )

    “A Must” Requirements:

    • Excellent English skills (We have an international team so you will be speaking english 90% of the time)
    • Experience in Bar/Restaurants
    • Customer Service Experience attaining positive client review
    • Drinks Making Experience and especially simple but elevated Cocktails with recipes & shaker use
    • Takes initiative, takes responsibility and solves problems
    • Very well-organised and process driven
    • Good communication skills within a team and with customers
    • Work well under pressure with experience in fast paced environments
    • A Team player understanding we are small small space and help eachother where needed.
    • Have an Awesome Vibe with customers, team and event hosts

    “A Plus” Requirements:

    • Portuguese Skills
    • Deeper Mixology knowledge
    • Barista Experience with simple Cafe Art Skills
    • Managerial Skills as there will be scope for development into Managerial Duties and Role based on proven abilities in the role

    Tasks:

    • Make Drinks, Cocktails, some coffees
    • Host clients and make them feel that they are welcome
    • Communication with clients including explaining the menu, the events and the business concept
    • Handle cash
    • Make sure bar is tidy and clean at all times
    • Assist with some dish washing when necessary and appropriate
    • Assist closing up and cleaning in the evenings
