Customer Support

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 1,200.00€ – 1,500.00€ per month

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
    • Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

    Requirements:

    • C2 level of Dutch and B2 or higher level of English
    • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role (preferred but not always required).
    • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and standard office software.
    • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
