Pay: 1,200.00€ – 1,500.00€ per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- C2 level of Dutch and B2 or higher level of English
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role (preferred but not always required).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and standard office software.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
