German Customer Care Advisor – Insurance Company

    This job is support for a global leader in property and casualty insurance, stands as the foremost commercial lines insurer in the U.S.
    With operations in 54 countries and territories, they offer a comprehensive range of insurance solutions, including commercial and personal property and casualty, personal accident, supplemental health, reinsurance, and life insurance.

    Your responsabilities:

    • Assist German-Speaking clients via calls or chats with insurance inquiries.
    • Process policy changes, payment updates, and cancellations.
    • Respond to clients through letters/emails.
    • Handle claims and manage document archiving.
    • This role isn’t about sales; your main focus will be adjusting clients’ insurance policies.

    Our expectations:

    • You speak German in proficiency
    • Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
    • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

    Main duties:

    • Working schedule: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 20:00, full time, 40h/week
    • Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
    • Private Health insurance with a dental plan (free after 6 months of the contract)
    • Work in our modern office in Lisbon Oriente – Parque das Nações
    • Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
