Salary: €70000 – €90000 per annum
Description
- Prepare and review consolidated monthly and annual financial statements and management reports;
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in coordination with country heads;
- Conduct monthly financial forecasting;
- Prepare and present financial reports for management, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling;
- Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs;
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions to ensure efficient cash management;
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Oversee tax preparation and annual accounts filing in multiple countries;
- Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies across the organisation;
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team for decision-making;
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of finance professionals.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, using multiple currencies and preparing consolidation preferably in a corporate environment;
- Previous work experience in UK or Germany is a high plus;
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements;
- Proficiency in a financial software (Xero and Syft are of advantage) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Excellent analytic, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly;
- High-level proficiency in English (mandatory).
