Role
- Deliver training sessions in behavioral areas of Customer Service and Face-to-Face Sales.
Work Schedule & Location
- 30 hours per week with 2 fixed days off.
- Location: Coimbra.
- Availability required for shifts: 08:00–15:00 and 15:00–22:00.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Mandatory CAP (Trainer Certification in Portugal).
- Strong communication skills.
- Stress and time management.
- Organizational and planning ability.
- Resilience.
- Teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills.
