Neo Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Portuguese speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Portuguese -speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Portuguese through calls, chats & emails.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cashу and why/when should clean them).
- Having an experience with crypto is huge plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts – Morning, Afternoon, Night. Ability to work 5 days a week(including weekends).
