Salary: €1,300 – €1,600 gross/month
We are looking for a detail-oriented and culturally aware Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies. You will play a key role in keeping our online environment safe, welcoming, and engaging.
- Fluent in German Or Hebrew (C1 level or above) – written and spoken.
- Good command of English (for internal communication).
- Strong cultural knowledge of German- / Hebrew-speaking markets.
- Resilience to handle sensitive, graphic, or disturbing content with professionalism.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or similar roles is a plus.
