    Salary: €950 – €1,350 net/month

    About the Role

    As our CC Expert for English-speaking customers, you will be the primary point of contact for our English speaking community, ensuring they receive exceptional support. You’ll engage with customers through various channels, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to building a high standard of customer care with our Lisbon team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, dedicated to customer satisfaction, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.

    What you’ll do:

    • Be the main point of contact for our English-speaking customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
    • Initiate engaging outbound calls to foster loyalty and deepen customer relationships.
    • Actively contribute to building and improving our proactive customer care environment.
    • Take ownership of your projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Fluent in English (a must-have!).
    • Flexible with scheduling, including early, late, or overnight shifts.
    • Strong communication and excellent writing skills.
    • A genuine drive to help customers and enhance their experience.
    • Hands-on and attentive to detail.
    • A strong desire to learn and a willingness to apply new knowledge instantly.
    • Passion for food is a plus!
