    Join Us as a Multilingual Market Customer Service Representative:

    In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) industry, working in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Handling customer inquiries and providing clear, helpful information
    • Assisting with questions related to products and services
    • Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels
    • Being part of a team focused on delivering excellent service, adapting to new challenges, and continuously improving

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Spanish (C1+) and English (B2 or higher)
    • Availability to work on-site in central Porto
    • Availability for rotating shifts between 7am and 9pm
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
    • Customer-oriented mindset, focused on delivering high-quality service
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn
    • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
