Salary: €1,150 – €1,500 per month
What we’re looking for:
- junior profile (max 1 year) with a strong focus on providing post-sale support to our customers
- excellent verbal and written communication skills – clear, confident, and empathetic speaking style
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
- highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving
- active listening skills and empathy in client interactions
- fluency in both Portuguese and English
- availability to work from our Carnaxide office
