What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support, you will:
Give customer support by handling customers’ issues and inquiries
Use different platforms and tools
Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
Your qualifications
