    As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients via chat, phone, and email. Your goal is to deliver accurate, empathetic, and timely support that enhances the overall customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels: chat, phone, and email
    • Manage complex cases from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring client satisfaction
    • Assist in investigations and dispute resolution with accuracy and professionalism
    • Support customers in sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and care
    • Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous process improvements, and team success
    • Adapt quickly to the changing demands of the financial services industry

    Your Profile

    • Fluency in English (C1/C2) is mandatory
    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, finance, or insurance
    • Professional experience living or working in Ireland is highly valued
    • Previous experience studying or working in any English-speaking country is a plus
    • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Resilient, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment
    • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools
