As a Reservations Advisor, you will support customers by providing tailored booking assistance and detailed information about hotel services and policies. You’ll ensure a smooth and professional experience that encourages repeat business and strengthens brand loyalty.
Your Role
- Handling incoming calls and emails in French and English to assist with reservations and service inquiries
- Matching guest needs with suitable hotel options and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Providing information on pricing, property details, and payment or reservation conditions
- Managing customer profiles, loyalty program questions, and payment-related queries
- Escalating technical issues appropriately and supporting internal coordination
- Ensuring service quality through effective use of tools and adherence to procedures
- Contributing to a positive and motivated team environment
Your Qualifications
- Fluent French speaker (C2 level) with English proficiency (B2 level)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service is an advantage
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate booking and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Motivated, collaborative, and goal-oriented
