At this time, we are recruiting a Receptionist for Lusíadas Hospital Campera.
Desired Profile:
- Academic qualifications at the level of 12th grade (mandatory);
- Professional experience in healthcare reception (preferred);
- Knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Availability for rotating shifts (night work, weekends, and holidays).
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person customer service, showing empathy and availability;
- Ensure correct identification, entry, and updating of customer personal data in the system;
- Schedule appointments, exams, or medical procedures accurately;
- Ensure correct billing of services provided and process payments, in accordance with insurance agreements;
- Correctly perform daily cash closing;
- Manage emails and pending tasks, ensuring proper prioritization;
- Show responsiveness when handling customer complaints.
